how long do i wait for h's lt. col. to talk with him? it has been 2 weeks and still no talk. maybe katrina efforts are slowing things down, i know they were looking for volunteers to go and my h refused. i called and left message as a follow up with the lt. col. on thurs or fri. h leaves next sat. for florida for combat training. maybe they will talk with him then when he is considered active duty??? the lt. col. told me he wanted to talk with him BEFORE leaving for florida... please advise.... thanks, mlhb

Hey...just got in.

If the LTC said he was going to talk to him before he goes, then let's wait and see if he does so. They may have a lot on their plate. He will get to it, and if he doesnt, then call him back. If you left a message for him the end of last week, I would be certain he would have gotten it by tomorrow or Tuesday.
