On Sept 12th, My WH said that he would be going out with his
Cousin (the one who knew all along about the A) on Saturday night. I said
Fine, I will be going out too then. He said “you don’t have to worry, its

Last night Sept 13th – My WH invited me out to poker at a local bar he
Goes to often (he told me that the OW never goes there on this night) Low
And behold we were there for an hour or so and finished poker and went to
The back to play pool….guess who was there? Yes the OW with her slutty
Friend. She sat with her back to us and I was dieing to see her face….finally
An hour later after she figured out that I wasn’t going to approach her – she
Relaxed and chatted with her friend and others and I got to really check her
Out. I told my WH – She is ugly, she is fat and she smokes (WH has asthma)!
He said that if she was in a room with other women he would never chose
Her. He also said that she came on to him – I would believe it because she
Looks like a slut (sorry to be so blunt but she did) she was very sloppily
Dressed and I think that my WH could really see the difference when we
Were in the same room. When we left and were in the car he said he just
Can’t believe he almost messed up his life to be with her. I said yes, I think
You were just infatuated and he agreed! We both declared that we are
Salvaging our marriage and that we need to spend and be special to each other.
Side note: while I was at the bar (this is the first time for me) I was getting
Hit on left and right (I am not wearing rings as my WH doesn’t) and it was
So fun to flirt and get attention – by the way my WH isn’t jealous at all –
But makes me feel that if something happened I am still attractive that I wouldn’t
Have any problems finding a date. I think my WH saw this also. GOOD.

I hope the fog is lifting. It may take a little more time though. You are married, put your rings on.

Now is the time to start figuring out what needs to be changed in your marriage to make it BETTER than before.

That is funny because I thought the same thing when I saw the ow. WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT HER? I wouldn't say she got hit by an ugly stick but she is just very plain and looks like she does not do much with herself. Okay, she has big boobs but I know what happens with those when the bra comes off.

I was expecting someone really pretty. She is 13 years younger than me but looks older than her age.

Even better, finding out about her "family" life before and after her husband is sort of messed up too. They are not what you would call a normal family. Lot's of weird situations.

Bottom line she is not someone you would want to bring home to mother.

I guess that "fog" blurs out a lot.
