Sigh...gotta love living in small town U.S.A...haven't had contact in a week now...Today was the first Tuesday that he hadn't tried to reach me. I guess he finally "got it."

Anyway, on my way home from the shop tonight, sunroof open, windows down (yes still hot in Dallas, had the AC cranking!!) listening to Frankie Goes to Hollywood "Relax" on the radio...loud I may add. Made a quick right turn as WSo and OW were making a right turn onto the same street from the driveway of her work. I pretended I didn't see him (thank God for dark sunglasses)...he was glaring at me...in total disbelief that I was out...wierd look...sorry, honey I don't stay home and boo hoo over you!!

As a side note...guess he took my suggestion of dropping her off at work so he could have the car all day...this when he complained about sitting around the house all day. I still laugh because he had no response when I offered the suggestion...swear to God it was as though the thought never crossed his mind...amazing what fog will really do to your brain.

Anyway, just wondering how the rest of ya'll cope with WS that live in the same small town as you...do you run into them...is there a proper etiquette for when you RUN into them? Should I have done my best Miss America wave with the phony smile?

Even with lots of roads in the area, my FWH and I have each met OW going the other direction on the highway once, and one other time when we were together. She didn't recognize me when I was alone, and in my own car, but the other two times she kind of swerved and then slowed as if she were trying to find a place to turn around. Beyond that we don't know, because FWH immediately took off like a bat out of the underworld. This whole county isn't big enough for the 3 of us!

You could always be smiling happily to yourself and swaying seductively to the music, "unaware" of anything around you and just having a great ol' time.

Seriously, Lisa, you're doing fine. How wonderful that your X drove by and you were singing and happy and not crying and fretting. He saw a strong, attractive woman! Yay!!! Hooray!

It was definitley a good feeling...He was used to me always singing in the car and popping around...so he got to see me just as I had always been in the past. So that was a good thing.

It's kinda like wherever I go...there they are...not sure if it is some strange coincidence, fate or whatnot.
