Better! Pretty good, actually. Sitting at the 'puter typing chemistry paper for my son while he dictates. The interesting thing since my H moved out, and I spent some time feeling sad, that it isn't hurting all the time. Son is asking why they call a colon a colon, when a colon in the body is an organ ---

I painted the front room, which used to be a nondescript entry hall, and turned it into a dining area. Colors: California Poppy and Lime Green. It looks clean, bright, welcoming and happy.

Both H and I are behaving civilly. I encourage our son to spend time with Dad, he likes Dad's apartment because it has a sauna, pool, weight room, jacuzzi, and his bedroom is decorated in his favorite colors.

I'm taking classes to update skills & knowledge so I can return to work and am feeling energized and pleased about going back into the grownup world.

For me, this is the right move. I put in too many years being ashamed, hurt, feeling bad. Our son is driving (provisional license until he takes his test) and he is getting more self-sufficient and independent. The timing is right for me.

I follow your posts and updates, though not posting to them, because others have already given good comments.

Be well.

Awesome! You sound really good! I think and wonder how you are doing quite often. You are a very special woman. Sounds like the two of you are doing the best you can for the sake of your son. You should be proud.

I like the sound of the colors. Almost like they belong in a decorating magazine. My favorite color in my house currently is my laundry room. It is "sunset".

Is "sunset" orangey or magenta-ey?
