Owl,
Things are going well, though I am sad to say that the EA became a PA.
Niece is now on meds for her bi-polar condition that seem to be working well (she had to be hospitalized at one point). She is living at home with her husband and kids and is working on her mental health issues and problems in her marriage. All is good!

Well, at least things are working out for them now. It's not easy, that's for sure. Glad to hear that she's doing better now.
