As everyone knows, o/w works at the facility mil used to live in.
Well I went along with the new facility to the pumpkin patch today.
I was waiting in the field for their bus when I saw the bus from o/w facility.
I saw her, and she saw me. I walked away, not wanting to view her.
One of mil's good friends from the old facility, passed by me and we talked for awhile.
It was so hard seeing o/w again. Neither of us talked to one another, and o/w did not talk to mil either.
I had asked w/h to go to the pumpkin patch with us, thank goodness he turned me down. He had told me before that the new facility as well as the old facility see each other at different field trips.
I guess I am going to have to check before the next outing to see if the other facility will be also going.
I want w/h to avoid her as much as possible.
I did not tell w/h when I got home about seeing o/w.
My mil did not recognize her old friend from the other facility either. She later thought it was her first grade teacher who had spoken to her there.

In the end, I have nothing to lose but everything to gain, by trying to save my marriage.

I feel for you. My stbx also had A with nursing home administrator. She was very inept and kept getting fired. She went from place to place until her reputation was well known. What got me is that so many employees got a "kick" out of watching the whole fiasco. They hated her and loved watching her get jerked around by him. I wish they would have thought about the wife and child also suffering in their wake.

Last I heard xow does massages at a "beauty shop." (when stbx came out of the fog, he was shocked that he ever had anything to do with someone so vile and then found out she was doing massages.) She lied about so many things. She supposedly had a degree in administration and got many jobs by claiming to also be a RN-a lie. She should have been a prostitute-she had enough training...with anybody and everybody.

xow took fil in HER car to spend the day at another facility (why I don't know) and asked him question after question about me. He had a stroke and couldn't speak well. She told my stbx that fil had nothing but horrible things to say about me. How low can one go...

It's sad to think who is caring for our senior citizen. Isn't it scary to think that some aren't able to communicate well enough to let their families know what is going on.

It is scary to think we have to put our trust in others to properly take care of our loved one. When my children were little, my husband and I didn't even use babysitters that weren't family members or close friends. We were so paranoid of getting someone who would either hurt our children or neglect them.
