H just got out of jail for his third drunk driving. He was gone 17 months. During that time he hardly spoke to OW and rarely saw OC. I felt like he was trying to work things out with me and that we honestly had a real chance of getting back together.
The day he got out he went to OW's house and hasn't left. I was truly shocked!
She came clean with him about all her drug use and "all the guys" she had slept with. I can't believe H would even give her the time of day.
He said he wants to work things out with her because of OC and that he still has feelings for her. He still calls me and when I avoid his calls he still keeps trying to get in touch with me. Some days he acts like he still loves me and other times like he never loved me at all.
He did say things are not great with OW but part of him wants to try.

I don;t know much of your story, but I wonder if right now, after so long working on your marrige it might be time for a DARK plan B?

This will keep you away from the chaos that seems to follow yoru WH around and it will give him a chance to see life as the partner of a 'low life' woman.

That he keeps in touch with you shows he will REALLY miss you when you go dark. Plan B is a greta way to end fence-sitting and cake eating WS behaviour.

Cyn -are you sure you want this man??? I mean after being with a druggy who had so many men - she must be loaded with STD's.. I would really have my concerns over him. Plus add to that 3 DWI's - man -he may be more trouble than he is worth.

OK that may be a wee bit much.....

but if not in AA and not surrending to the program..

active alcoholics do have feelings...
feelings to keep drinking to avoid pain.......

really there in really NOTHING to say about his choices...

I hope he has lost his drivers license..
I hope you report him for any and every thing he does...
straight to his parole officer........
