hey all yes it's really me and i am still alive... missed you all... I have been without internet for awhile since I had to move home with my "parental units". I was shocked to get a signal and jumped for joy. So a little update my STBXH is still an ****** (shrug gee like that would change)....he's got anger issues. So we had a mediation session in which we discussed the condition of me moving away to go to veterinary school as I have planned. In order to do that he has to have a "bond" with his son. So my DS must spend every other saturday overnight at his dads house for 30 days only. I don't mind them spending time together but he moved in with (gonna borrow peachy's expression here) his "monkey-hoe" and her 11 year old son. So my 2 year old has to share a room with her 11 year old and my son wakes up 4-5 times a night crying. I feel bad that the 11 year old won't get good sleep. But he wants this. My DS has also thrown quiet the fits I have heard. So he's getting over night thats great BUT he decided that instead of his usual wednedays it was too much time as he works from home. Oh and he will not watch him now when I have to work on the weekend. How nice...he makes 6000 a month has a nice 2 bedroom apartment with IT and her son. While I have to live at home with my parents and my son and I share a room because I cannot afford an aparment. I started a case with the D.A.'s office for child support but they haven't gotten to serve him yet. when I asked him for the home address and phone number he was supposed to provide me with before he took our son overnight I got my head bitten off...i was told I was stupid, psycho, needed jail time, and was too emotionally charged and am not safe around my son. He did all this in fornt of our sone whn I tried to leave he stood in my vehicle door and wouldn't let me leave. Now This man would never touch me...he is more afraid I will hurt him...he knows I have self defense training but damn....haow much of an [censored] can he be. All i asked for was what was supposed to be provided to me. he is still angry and playing the "blame game" to an all time level....I just want to move seriously.

surviving,

Why did you agree to let your son go to his affair "nest"? If he wants a relationship with his son, he can do that without exposing him to his affair partner or verbally abusing you in front of him. I hope that you'll get control of your own disrespect and verbal kung fu because it will hurt you in court.

I used to meet my exh in front of the police station. That defused him. He was a coward who abused when no one was around to help me.

U got your legal options. If he has anger issues, you may need to get legal intervention to protect your child.

Make sure you get your $$.

Good to see you posting again. The first thing I would do is go after some money. Keep after the DA to make sure you get child support and money.

Personally, my child would not be staying somewhere if I didn't have the address and hadn't checked out the property.

God bless you! glad to hear you are back. Please do whatever you can to protect the kids...and stay on them to get the cs.

I understand your pov completely...also do what you can to limit the contact wh and ow have wit overnight visits to kids...my xh and ow had to lie to courts saying she was not living with him when my son was visiting my separated H...

they lived in my old dream home...gated golf community and my PI's the second time could not get in...guess wh alerted them that I'd have people dropping by.

first time they saw her car there, but she left at 11 pm...did n't stay that night...but we think wh saw the unusual parked cars near the house and thought I might be getting smart.

it is standard language in divorce papers that no overnight visitors of opposite sex (direct family members excluded) are allowed for overnight visits when children are home during visitaiton.

Surviving, hi, girlfriend!

Peachy, Surviving is in California, like me. My lawyer told me that unless the OP is a proven abuser of some sort, there is no way to limit contact/overnight visits unless both parties (petitioner and respondent) agree. I got my STBXWH to agree to 90 days of no overnights/no contact with OP, but now anything goes (eeeewww!!).

Surviving, I agree with having him pick up/drop off in a very public place, like the police station...or maybe your parents' house! He'll have a lot less bravado going for him that way. Also, have a copy of the court order handy, in case he needs a refresher of proper procedures. I keep a copy of my court order in the entry way table drawer, just in case. I also keep my cell phone ready to call 911, in case my alien tries to physically intimidate me again.

I know how you feel about getting your rightful child support. I've written more than a few rubber checks recently while waiting for him to get around to writing me a check. Thankfully, child support is withdrawn directly from his paycheck now. Can you arrange something like that?

Cyber hugs coming your way. {{{{SIHW}}}}

((pounces pebbles with BIG hugs) hey you chicka! ((glomps peachy as well)) are you still being a bad girl????

well our meeting place is at my work and I have several witnesses that will write depositions who heard his verbal abuse. Because everyone was headed into work.

As for him and "monkey hoe" they are supposedly getting married. (((Shudder))) I really can't wait to get to wisconsin and start over. I have a direction now and I can't wait to start accomplishing it. I want to be a veterinarian.

errrr what? I actually havce been implementing the C.O.P.E. method...I am talking a class called coping with difficult people....so i have learned skills and I try to make sure the situation doesn't get out of hand but he gets angry way too easily. He misinterprits things and goes off the wall.
