This how I always picture ark: her mind is roiling,bubbling,full of ideas and suggestion and every now and then(her responses) the lid is flipping open and closing and we get a glimpse of all that is going on in her head as it pours out onto post,segmented but every line a thought provoking release. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I agree with you ark.Everyone here can and should contribute( except OP of course <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />).But we should be careful to recognize those that aren't capable of giving the appropriate advice at the right time and reassure them and guide them.....I've see this happen a few times. I think he must look young, perhaps even baby-faced, but with dark circles under his eyes. I always picture him as sounding like that one Dr. from Scrubs with the curly hair, long thin face, and blue eyes, who is always so cynical and sarcastic, yet hilarious.
I think LM is often that way at work, but tries to tone it down a little here so as not to hurt already bruised feelings.
Or I could be wrong. Who knows?

It's funny. I have been using this wonderful site for almost 4 months and have gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding into affairs and the workings of a WS / BS.
