This round anyway. H and xOW have come up with a long distance visitation agreement and the child support has been calculated. We went strictly by the guidelines when the CS was calculated. H will pay for 3 vistits a year and the OW has to pay for the rest (1 long weekend a month visit). The judge will sign off on it next week.

Next round is if OC will eventually go and live with OW. Our lawyer says it's slim to none but we still have to go through the court process. He said it could take over a year and that we should try and drag this out as long as possible. The longer OC stays with us the even less chance OC would move. He said judges don't like to uproot children. OC is very happy with us. He does miss his mother but they talk everyday. Still he is doing very well emotionally.

Life is good. I think it will continue to get even better. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

I'm so glad you took the legal court route so nothing can come back to bite you later.
