Im just getting really fed up with some people. After my H's ONS i called a friend of mine. She said what am i gunna do all that stuff and i had so many emotions running through my head, i wasnt thinking clearly. Well when i told her we were going to work things out all she had to say about him was bad things thats fine people are entitled to their own thoughts. I completely understand how she is feeling but still i know my M is worth working on.

Right now for all you know my H is in the military and is coming home in a few weeks. I am up at my moms staying for the holidays then going back home at the end of Dec. Im only staying a short while. Last week I started recieving mail at my moms house. The mail lady said that somebody down there switched my mail up here and it wasnt me. I checked our telephone bill and it was up 20 bucks from last month. I called them and they said that someone added services to my phone a "better" long distance plan then said. They said the person who called was a female and so on and so on. Now im not sure it was her who added the service but she was dumb enough to sign her name on the change of address form at the post office. Then i posted about an email from somebody i dont know....well it was her. Found it out. She sent one to my husband as well. I deleted it from his email didnt need him getting anymore p*$$ed off at them then he already is. This is just petty bullsh*t and im sick and tired of it from them. I've told them time and again just to leave the thing go if i can forgive my husband and it didnt happen to you then just let the thing go!! Grrr people freaking been p*$$ing me off. Dang, This is the most i've wanted to swear all day long!!! Thank god we are moving away from these people when he comes home or the next two years of us being stationed in GA would be awful! GRRR...Venting over feel much better!

Awwwww, that was just a little vent. Come on, tell us what you REALLY want to do to her.

Seriously, I'd consider checking with the Post Master where you get your mail. It might be against the law for her to have gotten your mail forwarded against your wishes.

Also, she pretended to be you in order to "improve" your phone service? Darn, that definitely sounds illegal. What happens if she decides to order a brand new cell phone with all the bells and whistles you can get on them these days? What if she orders a new BMW using your name?

I'd check into these things. You might not use them, but if I were you, I'd "put the fear of God" into her, as Grandma used to say.

Do you live on a military installation? If so, your husband's commander might like to know about this lady's harassment.

Longhorn,

I would LOVE to do something to her beat the b*tch up but heck my husband would pay for that one. Loss of rank and alot of extra hrs at work when he came home and he wouldnt thank me for that one. I know it has to be illegal but I dunno how to go about it. I dont need their sh*t anymore. Im sick and tired of it. If we cant move then im stuck with them for the rest of his enlistment or their H's enlistment whoever is out first. I"ve told them several times just leave me alone, dont talk to me and dont talk to my H. I would hate to get them in trouble but thats what its about coming down to. My husbands company does know the problem that I am having with my neighbor. Im sure her H wouldnt appreciate the trouble he is gunna get in bc of her. My H's company said to let them know if i've had anymore trouble with them and i've told them and they are looking into the situation. I am also tired of them treating my son and daughter differently. My neighbor told me to my face im glad Rylee doesnt look like her father bc her father is nothing but a piece of f-ing sh*t. I just walked away upset.
He screwed up he realizes it but they just keep dowing my H in front of my 3yr old too. He asked me the one day why is daddy an [censored]? He picks up on this stuff. My son has nothing but love for his father, i tell him nothing but great things about him. Im just sick of this crap. My husband tells me to just watch what I say not to make our stay more worse then it already is. Its just funny how I got along with them for the past 2yrs and now this. I just want them to go f themselves and be over it!

Yeah, I know there are difficulties. Some folks think they have a right to intrude into other's lives, even without an invitation. Is it an option, and feasible to move off base to get away from them? Your husband has PCS orders already? If so, I guess moving off base isn't one of the options.

I'm retired USAF and I'm not up on Army administration but you might check into this. There should be an administrative office organized under the Staff Judge Advocate which exists to provide members with legal information and some (very limited) assistance in legal actions. In the Air Force, it's called the "Legal Affairs Office." They can help prepare wills, provide info on civil matters, etc. You might see if your husband's first sergeant can't point you to an Army equivalent, if such exists. If they do things similar to USAF offices, maybe they can help you out. I won't speculate what they could do for you, but it can't hurt to ask.

Thanks Longhorn....No he doesnt have orders to PCS but he wants to be switched to somewhere in New York BRRR freezing but closer to home and family. I'll have to check into that. Im flying home at the end of the month after Thanksgiving then coming right back to my parents house for Christmas. I will check on that. My H has been thinking about moving off post. Its nice bc not everyone knows your business, i'd like that. Anyways, once i get home i'll check it out! Thanks again for everything
