It is a slow weekend and the kids are gone so I thought I would post this.

Cheating spouses play havoc with the BS's mind - they turn everything against us, blame us for what they are doing and manipulate us in every way possible. It is no wonder we turn into emotional wrecks.

Since my wife left me, I have very bizarre dreams. Nothing violent or perverted but just strange and extremely vivid. It is almost as if they are more real than reality. I dream that I am with my deceased parents and grandparents all the time and it makes me wonder if loved ones do come back in times of despair???

I dream of things of my life that I have completely forgotten. Insignificant things like a restruant that my wife and I tried many years ago. Instances in high school, college, our children all come back to me.

Again, none of these dreams are earth-shattering nightmares but they are so darn real!

Do others experience this????

My dead relatives visit me in dreams. Usually only shortly after they've died, but one or two keep popping back up. Usually, in my dream we're eating dinner at a party. I eventually remember the person is dead, and say something to him about it. My Uncle then says, "Of course, I'm dead. Did you really expect me to miss a great party like this?"

Sometimes, a relative has said "I told you so," to me in a dream.

Just let your mind and spirit use the dreams to heal you. That's what they are, medicine.

I have very vivid dreams also...ranging from making a phone call to having sex. I wake up in the morning very confused til I realize it was all a dream.

GreenEyes,

Isn't that the truth! I can get very confused in my dreams sometimes and I wake up confused. When my X left, I kept dreaming I was back in my hometown going door to door looking for something but I did not know what it was. I dreamed that same dream for weeks.

When my wife confessed to her 2nd EA that happend 4 years ago, I did not know if I dreamed it. I had to ask her again to make sure. I was so messed up during her 3rd EA that I honestly don't know if I could seperate dreams from reality.

I have found that the subconcious mind is a powerful thing. More powerful than I could ever imagine.

Keith

I've had very strange dreams, too! They come and go, but what is up with those sex dreams?!
I actually got on a dream analysis website that answered one of my recurrent ones, and what it said was that I was trying to reclaim my ability to make decisions-that someone was trying to take my control, and actually, that hit it right on!
Still doesn't explain those sex dreams. When I wake up from those I try to get right back to sleep!
"In my dreams" has a whole new meaning!

Drita,

I haven't had any sex dreams (wish I would!). But again last night I dreamed that I was on my childhood farm with my parents and grandparents. It is always so incredibly real. In this dream I was painting one of the sheds on the farm while my father was milking the cows.

By the way, my X took that farm away from me and sold it. It was in the family for 3 generations and my parents gave it to me when they passed away. She took it like it meant nothing to her which it did not.

Keith
