When a spouse says they no longer have feelings for you other than friendship, is that true or is it hiding other factors? My wife has said that to me for the past 6 months. I was the one that had an PA that came out 4/04. We have attempted to work on things, but nothing seems to help her get her "feelings" back. I have not had contact with the OW since 9/04

Try reading the Concepts on this site, and posting on the Emotional Needs section. You can recover your marriage, and the tools are here. Good luck.

It was a marriage that never really started.

"Friendship" can be a tremendous cornerstone to buid a rewarding relationship. I can relate however, to your Ws fear to comitt to this relationship after PA and you should empathize also. I hope you have done your part to make her feel secure.
