rh - I got mine early from my ex. Last Friday I got a phone call from local police to pick up my 2 D. ex has to stay locked up b/c she got into a fight w/ OM. OM press charges on her for the assult, police has to take her away from HER OWN HOME and OM stayed. I got my 2 D. Next time it happens again I file for full custody. I will get CPS involve. Next time? NEXT TIME????? DO NOT LET GO OF YOUR DAUGHTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! This may have been the best gift possible.

Strange as it might seem to find us in "agreement" with each other sometimes....I totally concur with WAT on this one.
The girls are the innocents of the screwed up "adult" actions. Take charge and protect them. Make it quite clear, even if the Judge did not grant you full custody that NO BEHAVIOR that endangers or puts at risk YOUR children is acceptable or will be tolerated for one second.

Thanks for the support ... Ex gave the best Christmas give ever. I could file a complaint to the court for 2 things, Child abused (fighting in front of the kids) and second is for contempt of court. My Dv has that a section stated kids are not to be exposed to violent (thank to my 2 D therapist).
However my 2 D loved their mom and they are very mature young girls (16 & 13). I have a talk with them. I would not risk my relationship with my 2 D just because I want to be right. I need her to be the mother to my 2 D, pulling the plug last week definitely would send her into chaos. They know I will get them for full custody if the pattern continue. This is California, unless she is deems to endanger the kids and the authority fears their safety ... I will have up hill battle for full custody. The cops didn't call CPS nor sugested, so they didn't beleive my 2 D were in any danger. Next time happen, I will ask the cops to call CPS and I will seek temporary full custody. I know I will get them without any fight. My 2 D's therapist (court appointed therapist)is 100% supporting me on this.
It is hard for me to let go this one however I had warned my ex and I have a plan already.

Guess I have been too far and out of touch w/u and your family. I am sorry to hear 'bout such horrible acts in the presence of your daughters and yourself.
Typical of a WS to act soo stupid as to jeporadize one's children.
