My story is somewhere around here... Still fighting suicidal desires and mainlining vodka. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not a drunk, it just helps to round off the sharper edges. I can tell he doesn't want to talk about what happened, so I have a hard time opening a discussion about it when I have questions. What can I do? How can I stop thinking about OW? She doesn't even work with him anymore...Out of sight - out of mind? Not here... Things my H & I said to eachother when we were going through discovery flood back into my mind and tear me up. Sheesh, this is a lot harder than I ever thought it would be. The good news is, since I exposed in such a public way, and went all King Kong on her at that time, word is out at my H's work that HE is off limits. New girls are told to steer clear of him, lest they should meet ME in a most unfortunate way. They're all scared of me <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I may need help to stop these suicidal thoughts, though. I have children counting on me to be here for them. Maybe I should go check in to our local mental health center?
The ones who can't stand Dr. Phil are the ones who are up to no good... ("oh, he doesn't know what he's talking about...blah, blah, blah")

You need to get help. If you are having suicidal help, yes, go check in.
Even if you don't do that, you really need to get into some kind of counseling.
Please take positive steps today to insure you are here for your children.

Stop the vodka and consult with your doctor asap. You may be better served by going on anti-d medication than self medicating with alcohol. I would think that you are severely depressed if you have been contemplating suicid. Your kids need you. It would be ultimately selfish and cruel to end your life. Be a warrior for yourself and your kids. You can do it. Be a survivor and one who recovers whether or not you can save your marriage.

This is very serious. Please see a physican and get yourself some IC. I know this hurts, but suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Please call right now.
