UVA, I live in the state of Georgia in the metro Atlanta area. I also found out WW has to be in Alabama six months for my child to establish residency there. I also checked with legal ais Friday and am waiting on a return call.

OZZ,
I went to Emory Law school and met my wife in Buckhead. I was just in Newnan last week visiting the in-laws. I am not a GA lawyer, though and I don't know any as I live and practice in Michigan. Good luck...sounds like you've got a little time.

Also, notice there is a thread entitled "Atlanta MB get together". You should go. It's just a small group and nobody really knows each other outside of MB and you can discuss things with some people a little further in the process than you. They are all good people and maybe can help you find the assistance you are looking for.

I wonder which feels worse, being alone in a house or having a spouse living with you who no longer wants to be there and is distant towards you. I do good for a while but sometimes I just miss having her here even after what she put me through. But, I always think about how stressed I was when she was here and I feel better. Still, it is amazing that our heads tell us that a person is not right for you but our hearts sometimes don't listen.

Still, it is amazing that our heads tell us that a person is not right for you but our hearts sometimes don't listen. That's 'cuz your mind and heart are not insync yet. Takes a while. NOt something you can push yourself t/d. In fact sometimes it is down righr frustrating. But the sooner you realize it will take time to sync up, it puts you in the right direction. You don't pressure yourself to make it all fit. You learn to use the flow to your advantage and you don't fight the tide soo much. Makes coping better. L.
