My last R discussion with the W took place 1 mo ago, during which she said "I can't wait to get this over with" (I presume meaning the final summary of judgement). Since then her Sister has picked up most of the belongings already and I've dreaded going to the mailbox everyday for fear of receiving the court order but I haven't received it. How long does it usually take after one notifies their atty does it get finalized? Presuming in my case the waiting period is over? I wonder why it is taking so long... The daily anticipation at the mailbox is killing me.

Hi Stu!
I have no answer for you regarding the papers. I saw another thread where you mention that you have not heard from your wife since before the new year. I am so sorry for your pain. I can only imagine what that is doing to you. I feel that you and I are really in a similar boat. I feel for you and am hopeing for all the best for you.
I worry when I hear you saying you live in constant fear of getting the papers. Stu, you cannot change when they come and who knows if they come today, tomorrow, next week or next month. Do you want to live like that for weeks or month? Please take care of yourself. Noone is worth living in fear and agony. You will be in a good place again one day. Personal recovery is a good goal as well Stu .....
Now I got to find my own thread....should be fun.
