He moves out of the OW house. Asks to come home and I agree but he never quite made. We went out to dinner twice. We had a fun night together but drank, so he says he doesn't remember....yikes! Now he has hired an attorney to finish the divorce!

It's been over three weeks since he said he wanted to come home...I did as good as I could on a plan A but he was just never around. The OW is mad...telling him where to go and how to get there! This was atleast the forth time he left her and this time he moved out. He had introduced the kids to her. They had a room in her house to stay with cloths and stuff to make it home. He introduced her to his parents. He was making a commitment to her. Then he just leaves. Tells me he misses me and the kids. Says all he does is work because when he isn't working he knows he should be with us, so he just works. Now he is so upset about leaving her it's making him sick...said he thinks about her all the time! But being away from her has cleared his head...he wants a divorce!

This is so frustrating. What is he thinking? Why would he leave her, move out making leaving a reality...tell me he misses me and the kids (ages 7 and 11) and then not even try.

Why would I want this man! But I still do...he's been with the OW off and on for two years most of the time being untruthful to me. He told me of the affair two years ago and then said he was going to leave her. He lied...I found out in July of that year that he was still seeing her. He said he would leave her....amazingly he didn't. I filed for divorce in January of last year. Right after I filed he told me to stop the divorce. He wanted to work things out but never tried. He then moved in with her in June of last year. My attorney sucks or we would have been divorced. They were together officially from June until the end of November. Then he just moved out and called me!

Argh! I'm confused. Comments please.

Sounds like he doesn't know what he wants. I think he needs some time and space to figure it out. And who better of a person than you, to provide him with this?

Don't answer his calls any longer, and avoid as much as contact as possible. This will get his wheel spinning, and really cause him to wonder what he could lose if he doesn't get his act together.

When there is contact, just be cool, calm and collected. Act "in control", with the couldn't care less attitude, but politly, of course! He'll end up more confused then you!

Just some suggestions! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
