There is a fairly new diet book out - I think I saw it on 60 minutes this past Sunday - anyway, the guy had Chrons disease he had pictures of how he looked before when he was down to 113 lbs. and how he looks now - it was amazing...

My memory isn't great on the name of the book - but, it was "the miracle diet" or some other religious verbage.

You guys may want to check it out...I work with a girl with Chrons and I feel so bad for her - she just looks horrible, it's really taken on a toll on her - not to mention the D she went thru 3 years ago..

Thanks, ITHURTS. I'll have a look on Amazon for that! I'm happy to make any adjustments to my diet necessary.

Sorry that your friend had to go through a D whilst suffering from this horrid illness - it isn't fun, that's for sure.

Some people are able to stick with and support their partners who are suffering from it, and some aren't. I am certain that my diagnosis with Crohns and the symptoms of the disease were one of the main reasons for SRBX's A and for him leaving. Couldn't cope with it.

I'm not going to let it beat me, though!

Thanks again.

Alph.
