How funny. I have an African Grey who is a great talker. He tells me he loves me everyday and that I'm gorgeous. Since my WH has been out of the house, he has plucked out all his chest feathers which is a sign of distress. TT

I think the BS should have given the WS the parrot as a thoughtful 'parting gift' - that way, when her A goes belly up (like the Norwegian Blue <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> ) she'll always have that special reminder of what she did...
Sorry to hear about your parrot, TT. They are very intelligent and sensitive birds, aren't they? I'm sure you are a comfort to him as well as he to you.
