I just sent them a request yesterday - they are to reply in 1-5 hrs. I didn't get a reply except that the email address I supplied wasn't working. I thought that was odd since they replied - how could they reply to the request if the email wasn't working??
I'll let you know if it's worth the $$$..I'm hoping to get alot of info from this service.
But be warned - A WS will do what it takes to continue the affair, phone cards, pay as you go phones, listing a phone in someone else's name, etc.etc.....

Do your research before using this or any new company. According to my local news, this company is under investigation for misleading advertisement and manipulative sales tactics. I guess what they were doind was soliciting people for their cell bills so that they could add the data to their database to help build a customer base. Theorically, they would only have access to the records that customers volunteered but they could then advertise access to thousands of cell phone bills.
Take this for what it is worth but i am pretty sure this was the (new, startup) company the news was referring to.
