I just got married in Aug of 2005. We both owned our own homes prior to getting married and I moved into his home. Since Aug we have tried to sell and or rent the townhome but with no luck - it is now Jan 2006 and we are out of savings to pay for the second mortgage and my husband and I are fighting about this townhouse day and night. We both feel frustrated by this and are taking it out on eachother instead of working together on a solution or even just supporting eachother through this rough financial time. He says that I am not doing enough to sell or rent it. How can I bridge the gap between us and show him that we should be on the same side? Thanks.
