Alph

Move just as fast as you can. Go near your support and away from those F'kwits.

With 220 miles between you it will be eiaser for you to crontrol access.

Oh, and still burn their freakin' house down.

As for me an' Squid ? We have the GREAT blessing of dealing with recovery problems, which is where everyone with their spouse in an affair want desperately to be.

We're doing good Alph. Ill be slipping offline again soon as the threads that were tickling my brain seem to be coming to a close. I think about your sit often though. And pray.

yeah....burn their house down...then, as YOU languish in prison...you can watch from the sidelines as your parents and his parents fight over custody of your daughters....

and then, since his parents turned around and supported him, well, hey...maybe your parents can burn down their house too....

talk to your solicitor....see what can be done about seperate rooms....

also ask him about moving....that offer from your parents sounds too good not to take them up on it...just remember....you are still married...so have your parents buy it, and rent it from them....that way, its not 'marital property'...(if that comes into play in the UK)

Phoned my atty - she confirmed that there's been no response from STBX or his atty since the pathetic 'court injuncion' episode - where STBX (six months after the fact, BTW) tried to get an injunction taken out against me for exposing to his & OW's school.

So, it's official - he hasn't responded to the petition. I feel like banging my head against a wall. My atty is looking into where we go from here, and writing to STBX's atty and the court.

*sigh*

I sent STBX a TM saying that under no circumstances would I permit overnight visits with OW present until after we were divorced. Stoney silence followed.

I also told the girls that they couldn't go for their trip with their dad, and explained why, in an age-appropriate way, to them separately. Both were pretty upset, I think. DD5 particularly was looking forward to going.

Still, hopefully they will both understand when they are older.

But still... *sigh*

Wish this could all be over with. WHY DOESN'T HE GET ON WITH IT???? STUPID, STUPID MAN. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
