Dear Dr Harley,
My wife has filed for divorce and has fallen in love with our nephew. She has made outragious accusations about our past and has lost any respect 4 of our 6 children have for her. She wants me to support her in having a normal relationship with our children but due to my religious and moral values I can't. We had been married for 24 years and the only problem anyone was ever aware of was our financial situation. Our children are 24, 21, 12, 10, 6 and 4. The first 3 being girls and the last 3 being boys. Our oldest is married and pregnant and doesn't want anything to do with her mother. She has been with us our entire life and also believes her mother is a liar. I know the Bible talks about children honoring their mother and father but aren't the children being honorable by standing up to their mothers infidelity? Thank You John

Well, I'm not Dr. Harley, but how long has this been going on - the affair with the nephew?

This has been in progress for about 2 yrs. He has altered his life to be exactly what she wants him to be. Although her actions are proof that she is at least deeply emotionally involved with him, she will not admit it. John
