Thanks, Pep.
...yeah.... when I heard the announcement....polyfidelity?!? it made me laugh real hard.... the levels WS are prepared to go to 'legitimize' affairs.... national TV??!
Yes.... I agree..... expect Dr. Phil will be predictable... or ...how about 'consistent?
quote:-------------------------------------------------- "Don't let the screen door hit your backside on your way out."
"The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior."
"How's that workin' for ya?" -----------------------------------------------------------
Can we add on to this list, then see how many of them or which one he uses?
--------------- to WS: .....do you see 'stupid' written on my forehead....
.....I didn't just come in with the last load of turnips (or someother vegetable)....
...have you ever watched my show....
...you choose the behaviour, you choose the consequences...
to BS: ....you show people how to treat you.... ....exactly what are you not clear about.... ------------------------
I still can't believe it....polyfidelity?! ....and exactly what would be the limit in number? As much as the wallet can stand it?..... Is it necessary that all know about each other, or can some be a 'secret' so as not to take away some of the 'thrill'.... the possibilities are endless!!!!
Can't wait to SEE this show!
XBW DS16 & DS22 PLAN D: finalized!

Ok, folks I know a situation where Polyfidelity might work.
Actually, it is the ONLY science joke my W likes but it is a bit touchy for this board. If you will all forgive some classic type casting I will offer it up for you. I think WAT and 2L might appreciate it. My W just nodded her head when she heard it as she and I married when I was in grad school.
Let me know and I will post it. Otherwise, I will keep my OWN counsel.

Folks Pep said tell the joke or be "on my list" For those that don't know, you DON'T want to be on Pep's list. So if the joke offends you...blame Pep. Here goes. It seems these three guys were having a few beers one night and subject of affairs and mistress' came up. Now the lawyer at the table said he thought it would be a good idea to have a mistress. It would surely add excitement to his life, perhaps some variety, and the thrill of the chase would do something for him. The Doc sitting there thought on what the lawyer said and responded: "Well I work in ER, and I have enough excitement in my life. I want the W, the Burbs, the dog, and the kids. Just going home and kicking back is all I need. Meanwhile the scientist is sitting over there doodling on a napkin and being very quiet and in deep thought. Finally, the lawyer asked him, "what about you?" The scientist looked and said, "both". The Doc responded, "both what?" The scientist said, "I would want both a W and a mistress." This sort of shocked the two, and they replied in unison, "Why?" "Well", the scientist said, "then on Friday night I could tell the W I had to go out and be with my mistress and I could tell the mistress I had to stay home with the wife and then I could go to the lab and get some work done." So you see Polyfidelity would work. When my W heard that joke, here response was : "it figures, sigh." Ok, back to Pep's regular programing. JL

The clip from tomorrow's show shows Dr. Phil saying about Polyfidelity "what a complete utter load of crap!"

Sooooo did you guys watch it??? I watched the majority of it, I missed like the first 5 minutes and I turned it off with about 8 minutes to go because I couldn't stand it any longer.
That guy was so foggy it wasn't even funny. He said he could cut off the OW, but how many of you thought that was a heartfelt statement???
The guy was also a self-absorbed cocky little sucker, Dr.Phil was dead on there.
Did you see his reaction when the audience would make noise about something he was saying?? LMAO He must have felt the hate being projected towards the stage by all those women!!!
At any rate, it looks like he re-thought his polyfildelity idea. And Dr. Phil did say polyfidelity is just infidelity.
GO DR. PHIL!!!
