I am dealing if I can call it that thank you for asking How are you today? I feel like I want to hit someone and smash some stuff just to let go like good sex well that ain't going to happen so I just need to let go. I was praying this morning and the tingles on my shoulder mad me ease up some I know the Lord is with me. So now I am getting ready for work talk to you later on I work till 12am

Ok will do Had a rough night of it last night but on my way back out the door to hide in the world

I am making it good today so far I slept ok and now I am just going outside to get the mail so I have dry eyes

No need to hide in the world. Make it yours, walk around saying out loud if you need to,...this is mine, I feel this, I control me, I am here and I am worthy. That is something to most seems silly, but to me it is hard and sometimes I feel like a phony doing it. But it works.
I own it, I can control it. I cannot control others, I cannot own others. But I can control me, I can love me for who I am, and I can be a better person for it.
Give yourself praise everyday for just getting out of bed. I am not real spiritual, never have been really, but sometimes I just pray for forgiveness and strength. I am not sure if "he" listens or not.
Many times I have questioned that very thing. If there is a God, how could he let a poor innocent child live through what I did. Cruel. But then somewhere inside of me or outside I am not sure, I hear or feel, we are given what we can handle. We will become stronger from it. That is the best way to describe it.
SO own it, claim it, control it. Whatever it takes to make the world around you yours. Let the other chips fall where they may. For they will no matter what.
