I've been trying to find information on how to take body temperature via the vagina but everything I find says "ask a physician"

I thought this might be a good place to ask.
Sorry if it's in the wrong place, thanks for any help.

The advice given is not that of a professional and may be in conflict with Marriage Builders. The advice is of high quality however. I can give best insight when the relationship in question is that of two people and one God.

Are you doing it for fertility reasons? Your best bet is to purchase a basal body thermomater and read the instructions. Monitored it for years trying to have my three children.

It worked!!

Yes I bought a basal thermometer and the instructions that came with it told me to ask a physician about taking temperature vaginally lol!

If you're trying to get pregnant, I can tell you another way of monitoring your fertility that worked everytime for me.

I'm not too sure how it would work if you're trying to NOT get pregnant, though.

It's sorta graphic to post here, though, so if you'd like to know this method, shoot me an email at mrclueless1947 at yahoo.com.
