Angela,
You can read of many examples of WS Fog on this index, or you can go to General Questions II and post there. Many of the pros there can tell you all you want to know about it.
From my personal experience, there is nothing quite like the FOG. All reason and logic are out the window and you may here anything at any time. Here is an example of some FOG talk that I heard:
"I care for you and didn't want to hurt your feelings, and that is why I hid in my locked closet to talk with the other man!"
All in all, it's wonderful stuff!
