Thank you so much for my birthday wishes...they mean more than you know!

My birthday started with being "allowed" to sleep in as late as I wanted. That was until about 8AM. I had strict orders from DS13 & DD10 to get showered and into something comfortable with no socks. Then I was to report to DD room.

They had converted her room into the birthday spa. Candles, soft music, lots of pillows, heated foot whirlpool. DD did my hair, DS made my breakfast. We snuggled up with pillows and watched dvd's. It was wonderful to be pampered by my children.

DD made me a brownie surprise birthday cake all by herself. It was....pretty surprising!!(Which made it that much more special).

My parents came by and had lunch with us.

Where was FWH during all this? Who knows and at this point who cares? He said "happy birthday" when I first got up. He left about 9 AM without saying a word to me, he told the kids he had to go pick up a few things. 2 1/2 hours later he calls and offers to bring pizza home for lunch. He brought the pizza home, no card, no present, no explanation where he had been. He barely spoke to me the rest of the day.

Today has been a wonderful snow day, FWH was out snow blowing the entire neighborhood (he's such a thoughtful guy). I took the kids sledding at a local hill had a great time sledding, making snow angels, having snowball fights. Then the kids and friends ganged up on me and buried me in snow. My sides ache from laughing. When we got home FWH was sleeping in his chair. He and OW use to take the kids sledding...I guess its just not that much fun for him now.

I know this will be a good year for me...thank you for sharing it with me.

kind of late sorry - tanjoubi omedeto!!

The advice given is not that of a professional and may be in conflict with Marriage Builders. The advice is of high quality however. I can give best insight when the relationship in question is that of two people and one God.
