Hi faithfull, I am around on these boards and I do post sporadically during weekdays (maybe you have just missed them underneath all the other hundreds of posts! ) I’m trying to get feedback from Stu on a certain issue (this thread), but it seems he’s not around lately.

I am okay under the circumstances although I must admit that I feel a bit depressed & discouraged lately... Last week Thursday we have heard some discouraging news about the proceedings of my H’s upcoming court case and the actions which are going to be taken against the person (Head of this Institution) who was responsible for my H’s (and many other past employees) victimizations and unfair dismissals. We know eventually my H will get his job back and justice will be served against the person who was responsible for all the wrongdoings at this institution and against employees (including nepotism, misuse of funds, abuse of power, criminal wrongdoings etc.) - but from recent developments it appears things will take longer as we have hoped it would. After more than 2 years we are just tired of waiting and I just wish things can get over and done with so that justice can be served and my H can get his job back (or receive a “settlement”) so that we can proceed with our personal lives.

On top of everything XOM has contacted me last week (we work at the same company my H was dismissed from). I’ve shared this with my H and he was not very satisfied with the way I handled the contact. However, we have talked about this and sorted things out.

Thanks for your concern – it’s much appreciated,
Suzet
