Obviously I am new. 6 weeks post DDay. Having a hard time past couple of weeks getting through the episodes that come out of nowhere so thought I try this.

Trying to weave my way through learn the ropes in how to use the boards. I have looked all over the boards to find out what the codes -- abbreviations stand for -- but find nothing. Can anyone tell me where to go? FFW, BS, etc. Help?

I'd also ask you to consider counseling with Steve or Jenn Harley through the counseling center here (888-639-1639 for appointments). They're great, and if you find that you're not getting the results you want in a DIY fashion, it's worth the investment.

Welcome to Marriage Builders. I'm sorry you have the need to be here but you have found a place of great information and lots of support.

Please start by READING!! Everything from the "Home" page on.... As suggested on the Discusion Forum intro, be familiar with Dr Harleys Basic concepts. And check out the top three "sticky" posts in the Just Found Out forum. Those posts will give you all the info you need to post and understand your replies, including the abbreviations.

The board is in some turmoil right now. Don't let it frighten you away. It passes. I certainly hope you get the replies, advice and suggestions you desire to help you thrugh this. It's a tough journey and we all need all the help we can get!!
