My husband has recently moved out an acquire an apartment, which is 60 miles away where he works. He recently told me that he didn't know if he was "in love" with me any more. He moved out to "think" and get himself together so that he could work on his family. He does call me everyday and he hasn't moved anything out of our house. However, I am going crazy waiting to see what he is going to do. He tells me there is always hope in fixing our marriage, but he doesn't want to spend time with me to work on things. I don't know what I need to do. Do I just sit back and give him his time or do I try to show him what a good, loving wife I can be and how attracted and in love I am with him????

mc,

I hate to say this chere.....but I smell another woman. The first thing is to be willing to investigate and make sure of what you're dealing with. His phrases right out of the wayward spouse script book......so sorry.

I'm no pro, far from it, but I agree that it seems like another woman is in the picture. Listen to star, she's been here a wile.

Be strong, I'll say a prayer for you.

I am so lost Because life is as brief as it is, let us not waste precious time destroying one another, but rather nourish the strength and encourage the weakness of each other with hope

MC,
Read the principles on this site. Buy the book His needs Her Needs and love busters. Also read up on Plan A. Even if this is not an A related issue, you should be attempting to meet his needs. Maybe he will read the books too. You two can go over the Emotional needs, take the quiz and work from there. Also I think it is time you and your H go for Marriage counseling. Welcome to MB.

Plan A is the starting point. That is where you show him what a great wife you can be, and avoid love busters and disrespectful judgments.

Plan A also involves exposing any affair. I think I would do some checking.
