My WW is very stubborn and prideful (not good, much like HopeThisWorks WW). I think the only thing that may and I say may get her attention is something is significance like the suggestion I make regarding telling the OMW, sending the HR director the letter (perhaps getting her terminated) and sending D papers (with the option to drag out or terminate if progress is made). This coupled with my filing for sole legal and physical custody of DS (1) may grab her attention. And know I am not filing for sole custody to get her attention. I am filing because the truth is she has a history of making terrible, selfish decisions and is downright unloving to children except in a caregiver sort of way and has been for over one year. I think she is clinically depressed or worse.
