Hello everyone in the house! Its a big move for me and i need some advise/know how before i proceed to the next steps. My question is, am i liable for my wifes past and current debt issues and bankrupcies when the the word Divorce comes to place? No joint account in relation with my wife. Strickly under her name. However i still feel liable since we are now married and this will haunt me later when DV happens. anyone please. thank you so much
