If 2 people who were involved in an "A" still work in the same place, and decided to end the "A" by mutual agreement, is it possible for the "A" to really be over or are they just kidding themselves? <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

I recall in the book, His Needs Her Needs, Dr Harley actually made a distinction on this point based on the sex of the wayward spouse.
For WH he recommended no contact at all, leave the workplace if need be. For WW he actually said in his experience that a wife who returns to the husband and the marriage after an affair is very unlikely to return to the affair.
I thought this was a pretty interesting point, and it is there in the book if you look for it. In my case, I prefer to be safe than sorry. I'm asking my wife to not return to the workplace.
