I just turned on the TV and the "Shield" was on. It was just in time to catch a great exchange between two of the characters. Sorry I don't watch the show so I can't say who the characters are ... but....

One woman confronted another cop about her role as OW in an affair with a Married Man and the fact she was pregnant witht the married man's baby.

The OW proclaimed, "He took those vows not me!"
Her friend responded, "That makes him a cheater, you a ******, and your child a ******." Then she walked away.

Even though it was a bit gruff, I thought is was refreshing to see a TV show take that course on an affair. Usually it is all winks and nods, and implied approval.

Just my thoughts, thought I share them.

That just made me smile, because I hate adultery on TV almost as much as RL.

Thanks!

Hi Tom:

Wouldn't it be great if we could all do that? Make the pointed remark followed by a dramatic exit?

I've not seen "Brokeback Mt", not because it's about gay cowboys, and I'm neither a gay nor a cowboy. But because it's about an affair, since both cowboys are married.
