After posting yesterday to this forum I mentioned to WH about going to see a marriage counselor. We both work completely different hrs (Me @ day, him @ night) so he told me that he just wants out. I guess I have no further recourse. I haven't slept hardly at all since the discovery b/c every time I close my eyes I see them together. The trust that we once shared is gone b/c the OW is just a phone call away for him. I have honestly thought about giving her a call on my own (her number's on the phone bill) but I don't even know what that would accomplish. Is there any hope left for us?

There is still plenty of hope - they all say they just want out.

How far away does the girlfriend live?

Are you working outside of the home?

Yes, there is hope. My W said no to counselling too. Then she changed her mind on the advice of some close friends. There is a lot one person can do to save a marriage if they really want to.

If you really want it to work (and this will be the hardest thing you have ever had to do) then you are at the right place for support, advice, resources. Hang in there!
