Alleygator,
I would continue to be vague and would make as many plans away from home as you can. He is probably keeping tabs on you through your D so let him wonder where you are going. It is good if he thinks you are going on with your life and not laying around pining for him. At 17, I would think you could explain to your D that you would prefer that their discussions not include you. I think it is good if she still has a relationship with her father but it should be about the two of them and not the three of you.
