Install a keylogger on that computer and you will get everything she types. Mulan

keylog the computer and you'll get the real password without having to change it. You can download a trial version of many for 30 days right off the web. Practice with it to make it operate secretly as you may have to disable the anti-spyware program for it to work. Then once you get what you need remove it and reenable spyware.
Good luck, Mr. W

Or, just reset the password. Odds are she won't say anything to you about it - why would she, if it's a work computer? But if she does, just stare blankly at her and tell her you don't know. Must be a glitch. Happens all the time. Mulan

Install the keylogger at home, and capture any/all passwords and try them on the site she joined. Careful of some "trial" versions of keyloggers, as they will issue "popups" or other purchase "prompts".
Go with a full version, and install it, so it will remain hidden.
