Hey Mimi, I just read about your brand new indigo blue cowboy boots and I thought I'd share a little inspiration with you if you like...

JUST the other night, when my H came upstairs to say goodnight, I was waiting for him wearing nothing... but... my cowboy boots. He LOVED it! (And mine are just the plain, ol' tan kind.)

Just tryin' to meet the man's EN's, ya know?

PEP:

Isn't it TOOOO funny that we are talking about COWBOY BOOTS?

Well, I called him and told him that I had a SURPRISE for tonight...I didn't give a hint!!!

He's been calling me all morning now...most recent convo.."Can I take you to lunch?"...

Maintaining the mystery here, I say..."No, I'll see you later on..."

This is TOOOO much fun..

Thanks for being there, guys!

Those are all great ideas - I am jealous of your H's. I wish my W would do something like that - and I've suggested it and given ideas ... it just doesn't happen.

Mimi,
I can't tell you how DELIGHTED I am that you're actually doing this!! I was hesitant to post this, and a little worried about the potential response. Now I CAN'T WAIT for tomorrow to hear how it went, LOL! You're not coloring outside the lines here. You're scribbling on the walls!
GO FOR IT!

I LOVE THIS...

Yes, Smart Cookie, I really very much appreciate your suggestion. It's so ironical..about a year ago..Pep suggested that I do some "RIDING" to wipe out any traces of the OW....My FWH and I have done a lot of TRAVELING since then...

He's still calling me by the way...

Know that you have been extremely influential in the life of MB friends today..

Thanks again..keep the suggestions coming....

One word: pie

Not sayin' what you should do with it, but make it fun and make it messy.

Y'all realize this is frustrating to read when your wife is a frigid dead fish.

Rub it in.

It's NOT OK for your wives to be FRIGID..

Want to talk about this?

Have you told them OPENLY AND HONESTLY about your concerns?

What do they say?

She told me to find a girlfriend or she could get off the meds and be violent again.

Apologies gentlemen, but please understand....

for gals like Mimi and I, not too long ago we were certain we'd be in the nunnery.

Seriously.

But I do apologize. Sometimes our joy is hard to contain...it took us a long time to rediscover it.

What a load of emotional extortion bullshyt. You wanna know how completely DEAD you'd be if you did follow her advice? I read your thread....she's bent in so many ways she makes contortionists cross their eyes.

That was a DJ, btw. I shouldn't have written that out loud. Your wife isn't a hopeless case....but she needs A LOT of help - and meds are not even denting it.
