In Plan B since early December - have not established contact. Met with OW partner and found out that she is still fence sitting but took the offer of a short holiday with WH. Was gutted and given that we all work for the same organisation felt that as they were off on holiday - they should stop being protected by their boss. He is not prepared to do anything - maintains their affair is private. WH is Assistant Director - she is Head of HR. I feel completely unsupported - I feel like Princess Diana must have when she was having to put up with Prince Charles affair. Should I continue to try and get their affair exposed or is this counter to the good plan a feeling built - but Plan B is not having any effect on WH fog etc. etc. Please advise

I can't believe that in this day of sexual harassment lawsuits that any company would condone this sort of behaviour! I don't have any real advice for you, just moral support, but what about going over WH's boss? What about seeing a company lawyer? I'm sure he'd be interested to hear about the affair. And your WH's boss is a bonehead--it's NOT private--it involves other people in the company and I'm sure it is affecting the work that you all do. Good luck.
