Addendum: 100 percent Nashville next weekend...Cindarella did ya hear that girl? I'm comin' to town!

BF and I are already working our weekend schedules so we can see each other alternating b/w atlanta and nashville until we decide who has to make the first move. as of now, seems he is able to do so...I hope and pray his firm would allow him to just open his own office in ATL...and just be available to them for meetings or emergencies in nashville. that's what we are gonna try and angle for anyhow.

He's so sweet. last night he went into the "I need furniture" mode. We both love same kinds (heck, we dated four years)...and he wants to go antique shopping w/me when I get there <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Luckily i have 2 designers in my family...who both know him and think the world of him. They also were gonna help me when either I moved into a permanent housing situation alone (as I wanted to do this fall) or else if I remarried. So...I am placing 2 calls today to see if we can get the "industry" discount when we go shop.

Anyhow, I am whooped. Totally.
I get butterflies from his voice. I almost passed out on floor at work yesterday when he called...I had speaker on as I was doing things handsfree (paperwork and meds) and two RN's were in my exam room w/me. They heard him tell me in Italian "good afternoon beautiful" and they almost passed out too. They got to talk to him briefly (via speaker) and believe him charming beyond belief...but very down to earth.

Last night before we ended our 1.5 hr prebedtime talk, he said "I want you to know. I never stopped my feelings for you. The night you married, I actually went out and had a drink. Ran into 2 of your friends who went to your wedding and that was the worst night of my life. I thought I'd lost you forever. That will NOT happen again. My feelings still remain exactly for you as they always were."

He also wants to know when my lease purchase contract renewal is up. Said "these are things a guy SERIOUS about a girl needs to know". And wouldn't ya know? His law expertise is in acquisition and real estate dealings/holdings...among other things...an expert negotiator. so he's da man for the job!

Sadly, Darth has met his match. Well, actually darth has met his successor and will be unable to maneuver around Han. It will be a sad day when Darth realizes what has happened...stronghold of the dark side is now forever defeated!

BF also said last night..."when things settle down in a few months, we can discuss how to overcome custody issues. I feel we will take care of that nicely in the future Peach. I want your son in our lives every bit as much as you do..."

WHAT A GUY! I melt at the sound of his voice...

Wow, he sounds so wonderful.

So, does this mean you are putting the house purchase on hold and that you and BF will be house hunting together in ATL?

What about still letting Darth put money into a house then selling the home once you actually marry and look for a home together? Does that sound dishonest? It sure would be nice to recoup some of the money Darth ripped you off for. Does Darth already know about this BF?

oh...forgot to add. He said last night "You are OFFICIALLY UNAVAILABLE for any future dates unless it involves me".

I am taken! Well kinda sorta.

My best friend is in nashville for pharma training...she wants to meet him sooo bad! He said he'd take her to dinner (and I totally trust them...she's dating soembody seriously and is my son's godmother). He said "well I guess I'd better get to knowing your other best friends...I already know most of your friends anyway. Heck we all have the same friends."

T my best friend said that she thinks this one is it. She told me to run w/it and that I should not worry if it seems that it's too fast...b/c I alreayd know him, his character, his family, everything. And that there aren't any skeletons that are gonna jump out or anything like that. And yes...he was my first ok?

Funny, yesterday the other guy, D, that I had dated for so long off/on (more off than on though)...called. I dumped him a few months ago. He was sooo noncommittal and not about confirming anything on the dating front. He called last night to see if "I'd go for a margarita with him and to catch up"...basically, to suck me right into the same ol' same ol with him. I told him that I'd had enough of the disappearing date. That the reappearances off/on of his former fiancee had me questioning everything for last year and that I was interested in being only friends now. He was speechless. He asked me if I'd met somebody. I said, not recently. More like 14 years ago.

So I am taken! yippee!

T, my best friend said she's gonna start looking for her maid of honor dress..she said that laughing. She also said, "Now did you tell J that you want to get married at the cloister at Paradise Island? That's where I want you to anyway." We both, T, my best friend and I want to get married there...where Cindy Crawford remarried and it's gorgeous! Overlooks carribbean ocean and is the ruins of a monastary...so it's hallowed ground. Part of the Ocean Club...very very cool.

I can't believe I am actually somebody's gf...who'dve thought. I have EN'S! I KNOW WHAT THEY ARE...J KNOWS MY EN'S..I KNOW HIS...this is tooo wild for words.
