I'm doing pretty good the past few days. I took my AD pills, ground them up, dissolved them in water and soaked them into a knee-sized band-aid that I wear on my shoulder. I'm now on the patch.

Gemela has four new pairs of shoes. We got home last night and I asked her how many pairs of shoes she had bought. She said "three". She forgot all about the fourth pair. How many feet does she have? L.

She said she needed a pair of silver colored shoes. We didn't find any. We are still looking for silver colored shoes. She said we can look the next time we are in Bahrain. We did find white with low heel, green high heel, white high heel and black/white Italian toe high heel. No silver though. It was stressful. Luckily there was a pharmacy in the mall and I got an emergency pack of AD's.

there's no such thing as "too many shoes." Yes I have been told that already. Many times in fact. I asked why she was buying "white" shoes since she already has white shoes. She told me that she has snow white shoes, lily white shoes, feather white shoes, white rose shoes, titanium oxide white shoes, milk white shoes, cosmic latte white shoes but what she doesn't have are any "white" shoes. I paid for the shoes and the salesman was getting ready to hand her the box and then asked if she needed a bag (to carry the shoebox in). She said yes she did, in fact, need a bag and bought a white purse. Little translation problem.

Oh and in case anyone needs to know this, the Starbuck's in Rashid Mall in Khobar, for an extra two riyals, will throw your AD pills into the blender so you can take them in your chocolate frapuccino.

There were warning signs on Waikiki a couple of weeks ago....not 'cuz of sharks..... more like too much toxins (aka: poop) overflowed from the canal (sewage breakage and dumped into the canal) to the ocean.
