I just returned from Yosemite ... and THAT was UNbelievable ... such a perfect time of year to go there no crowds the waterfalls are phenominal snow on the higher elevations but warm in the valley ~~~~~~ ahhhhhhhhhhhhh I am feeling very zen like .... Next time we have a So Cal get-together you have got to make an appearance ... last one was at Bob's Big Boy in Toluca Lake ... it was so much fun Pep LINK ~~> Carrot/Stick of Plan A LINK ~~> Buyers/Renters/Freeloaders

Some of it needs changing... conflict, for example, is a part of life and needs to be tended to... no use ignoring it, is there? The nurturer in me... she stays, and I suspect always will. She's the one with all the soft edges who cries along with those in pain and sees if there's a way to bring comfort. But yeah, there is a limit, and I certainly don't want to enable people to stay stuck in dysfunction... no use bringing perpetual comfort when someone insists on hanging out on your lap forever, is there? Eventually, they need to get up and move along-- hopefully on their own accord... if not, perhaps with a gentle push. Anyway, I'm saving my lap for grandkids... <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I find that as I get older it is much easier for me to face conflict ... because I realize more and more everyday that MY TIME is limited ... and procrastination, which used to be my source of relaxation, is not such a desirable option any more...
