My plan is to discuss a plan to move out and continue to see my daughter and financial considerations. (I'll show him the letter).

I am also going to talk to him about bringing the OM in for a deposition. I'd like to know what is going on and what exactly I am dealing with. Since my wife never came clean with any details, I'd like to know what I am or was up against.

Do not move out!!!!!

States differ on child custody, fault vs no fault etc.
In most states if you move out you are saying your W is a good parent. It will make it harder for you to get custody.

Make sure you have as much info as you can put together when you go see an attorney.

Collect bills, documents and any thing else that might be relevant and make copies and keep them in a safe place.

The better prepared you are the smoother it will go.

In my state we are no fault for divorce but in child custody the A might count against her. Certain guidlines apply, in my state again it might be considered if the child was exposed.

Again do not leave your child with her until you have a custody arrangement.
