Am I wrong if everyday I ask if he has had contact with her? It has only been 6 days since he has been home? I seriously think I am going to loose my mind. Do I just spy and hope that I don't catch him or simply ask? He is getting frustrated with me asking but I think it is my right. Am I wrong?

wounded, he needs to open up his life to you in order to help you feel safe. That means giving you cell phone passwords, access to his bill online so you can see every call coming in or out. He should stay in contact with your throughout the day so that you always know his whereabouts. It is up to him to PROVE that contact has ended.
Has he sent that no contact letter to her?
It is useless to continue asking because he is not going to bust himself. He will likely lie to you. Just keep snooping and confront him IF you do find something.
