That is a question to ask the Lawyer. I was going to get money from my family. Write that down on yourr list of questions.
He will notice its gone obviously but it is a joint asset. LOL.
Again do not tell him anything. Your lawyer is going to ask you for info that will be nearly impossible to get once he knows what you are planning.
