If I don't appear needy, doing things around the house by myself etc., when WH comes over, he sees this and thinks great, less for me to do, she's doing fine without me. How would this bring him back?

Also, had him over the other day to do some household repairs I was not able to do. He watched the clock constantly, gave me a time when he was leaving, so he could go home to OW.

cg,

How long have you been using 180 plan? It does work, but it takes some time.

Is it at all possible to get someone else to do the repairs you can't? The fact that he came over to help you probably showed him that you still need him. If someone else helps you, think about his reaction when he finds out that you didn't need him after all!

What I like about plan 180 is that it turns things around on the WS. All of a sudden, you are not hurting (visibly), you are taking care of yourself and succeeding. Better still, let him think you are getting on with your life.

My plan included showing self-confidence and strength, putting a smile on my face, and working on myself. This is a great opportunity to work on YOU. Once he sees that the focus is no longer on HIM, things start to change.

You will be okay, just keep at it.

Haven't been usng it that long, but my WH would love it if I hired someone to do the chores. Less for him to do!

I am showing him (don't know if he notices or not), that I am working on myself etc. But honestly I think he is so wrapped up in OW he could care less.
