Found out WH has been wining and dining OW, taking her shopping etc.

What if I happened to be at those places with my kids? How would I explain that to them? Older child suspects what's going on. Younger one has no clue. He has no time for them, but alot of time to take her out.

Do I tell WH that he is still legally married to me and I find it very disrespectful to me and the kids?

I'd like to say something else, but can't print it here!

Are your children exceptionally STUPID? If not, why would you just not tell them the truth? They need to know what is going on in their lives so they can deal with it. Children can deal with the truth just fine; they can't deal with lies.

No actually kids are pretty smart, but youngest has other problems. I'd rather him not have to deal with WH issues right now. I will in time tell. Oldest already knows.

I want to know if anything should be said to WH?

Not that it would probably matter anyway.

It won't matter what you say to him because you can't control him. But the kids do need to be told so they can be prepared to deal with it. This is where some good old fashioned parental guidance about morals comes in. Children sense that adultery is wrong but need those feelings validated by their parents. When they are ignored, children become morally confused and begin to doubt thier instincts.
