I have noticed when I take a little long to post I get this error message.
Hit the back button.
Highlight what you have written.
Right click then select copy.
Hit the back button again.
Re open the post then click in the post box.
Right click again and hit paste.
Then click on ok submit.

Even better - always do the above *before* you post what you have typed.
And/or use Notepad or Word or somesuch to create your posts, and then just copy them as above into MB.
You won't lose anything this way.
And while we're at it - please break your posts into small paragraphs. Huge solid chunks of type are all but impossible to read. For some reason, new folks always post in one huge giant unbroken paragraph and get few responses because no one can read it.

This drives you crazy doesn`t it?
When this happens to me I go back to the page I wrote the post on and copy what I wrote. Then I go back to the forum, back to the thread and glue my post onto a NEW posting form.
